Benefits of hosting with Vizibility
The Vizibility support team will be available to support all problems providing the benefits listed below. If hosted elsewhere the support team cannot provide interactive support on the environment and will pass software updates to be applied by the customer / partner support desk. The hosting partner and customer will need to ensure support for the environment is available. Any customer/partner on the WebPower Support Contract can use the telephone support service for application queries or issues but if resolution requires operating system, SQL server or IIS configuration due to the hosting environment this will be passed back to the customer. The Vizibility support team can not manage the underling environment if not on Vizibility hosted servers.

- Guaranteed uptime (assuming no local ISP network problems)

a. Service uptime
b. Ability to run maintenance routines ensuring no downtime
- Server notification and support direct to the Vizibility support team
- Ability to implement operating software maintenance releases
- Security software patches controlled and applied
- Online backup (disk to disk) enabling immediate restore if required.
- Automated service emails monitoring thresholds for Disk, CPU, memory, HTTP and network traffic.
Security
- Vizibility shared SSL certificate providing secure site (https) as a standard option.
- Website configuration updates for SSL verification
- Full control on the firewall security rules
Support
- Full ownership of problems reported.
- WebPower product version support applying new version releases ensuring the site is using the most current version without interruption.
- Livestats monitoring available to the client providing a comprehensive web statistics dashboard for site usage interrogation and search engine analysis.
- Search engine submission to the popular search engines
- Microsoft SQL Server database maintenance:
a. Support and maintenance of the site index
b. Database archiving
c. E-commerce search index maintenance
- Microsoft IIS management
a. Domain name mapping and support
b. Web environment monitoring and management
- DNS monitoring and management on behalf of clients
a. Site publication
b. Web and email re-pointing
c. Site release management (DNS, submission, transfer)
- Site migration and population support
a. SQL script creation and support for content upload, specifically ecommerce product upload.
- New site development, staging and cloning support.

- The Search Engine Optimisation service offered by Vizibility can only be provided on Vizibility hosted sites due to the software and support functions used as part of the optimisation exercise.

To ensure the site is always kept at the current software versions and to offer full telephone support providing resolution of problems and telephone assistance the
WebPowerTM
support option is provided and included:
- Telephone support - 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday
- Maintenance releases of
WebPowerTM
software
- Access to online Support tracking
- Access to the restricted support area of the WebPower site providing useful information to help get the most out of your site.
- Optional weekend on call contact to ensure support is available when required.
