Brief:

  Collins Debden is probably the most prominent producer and publisher of diaries, notebooks and personal organizers in the UK. Since they launched their first

WebPowerTM

 web site two years ago, they have seen a phenomenal response to offering online, direct sales of their product range which prompted them to look to a more advanced site with extended functionality. They wanted to increase engagement with the large number of end customers who had responded to their online shop and extend the reach of the site.

Solution:

  The re-developed site has been built on the latest release of our

WebPowerTM

 E-Commerce Edition earlier this year which incorporates our web marketing application products - vContact and vCampaign. The new site which went live in the late summer captures and holds all customer data in the contact manager and utilising the email campaign application, they are able to compile and publish regular mailshots, tailored to individual profile which they can track in real time with full reporting which gives them an immediate, measurable focus on promotional activity.

Outcome:

  Response to the release of the new site has been very strong and as the company moves towards the busiest time of the year for diary sales, they are well placed to build on the earlier site's success and further build online business and increase the effectiveness of their direct marketing programme.
